New user accounts
• new user accounts are created only at the site where they were applied for (https://portal.nhr.zib.de or https://hpcproject.gwdg.de)
Existing user accounts
• user accounts created at both sites remain active at both sites (site policies apply)
• group memberships are not synchronized between the sites any more
