New TaskProlog variables

Slurms TaskProlog is executed at the start of srun and mpirun calls. (It is not executed at the start of a sbatch script.)

Only ifI_MPI_ROOTis not definedI_MPI_ROOT=/sw/comm/impi/mpi/latest is exported.

Slurm hardware and OS update

Our SLURM Slurm Serves and related databases (MariaDB) moved to new hardware (3 VMs). Their OS was updated from CentOS7.9 to Rocky 9.5.

Yes. Simplyexport SLURM_MPI_TYPE=pmi2 before invoking srun. (Be prepared that problems arise from this for binaries linked against Open MPI 5.x.)
