I lost my PIN to reset my Portal NHR@ZIB password.

Please contact our support team by email at support@nhr.zib.de ; it might be neccessary to call our user management during regular working hours (preferably between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm) at +49 30 84185-165 or +49 30 84185-182 . For security reasons, the PIN cannot be sent by email and will be communicated by phone only.

Please have your account ID (username) and the email address linked to your account ready when calling.
